Upon shipment process confirmation SALES ARE FINAL. All orders are insured through shipping. Do to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns. If you have placed an order and contacted Iris and Oak LLC prior to the day the shipping label for your order being printed we will honor modifications to your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of delivery of your order. Iris and Oak will do our best to provide a solution to ensure your satisfaction.

Customer agrees to assume the risks of, and Iris and Oak LLC including staff, vendor and event space, product and services harmless for, property damage and personal injuries, including death and dismemberment, caused by the product, service and/or arising out Iris and Oak and their affiliates negligence. IRIS AND OAK LLC DOES NOT MAKE ANY MEDICAL CLAIMS. Iris and Oak does not hold liable for injury resulting from use of our products or services. You agree to hold Iris and Oak LLC harmless and liable for any physical, mental or emotional injury, property damage or destruction.

CANDLE SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Do not exceed 4 hours of candle burn time. Exceeding 4 hours of candle burn time will cause carbon to collect on your wick. As the carbon collects, the candle wick will begin to form a hardened hardened ball of carbon. This is often referred to as candle mushrooming. Candle mushrooming can potentially cause the flame to become too large, unstable wick, smoke to be produced from your candle and soot to be released into the air and around your candle container. This rule applies to any candle you purchase regardless if it is from Iris and Oak or other companies.

Iris and Oak LLC maintains the right to terminate employment, customer relations and accounts, wholesaler and supply relationship, vendor events and/or the sale agreement of our products through another business, boutique, website or in person sale. UNLAWFUL BEHAVIOR

No person shall conduct unlawful behavior though involvement, representation or participation of/with Iris and Oak LLC and out affiliates in regards to corruption, conspiracy or attempt and complicity per Ohio chapter 2923 https://codes.ohio.gov/ohio-revised-code/chapter-2923.

LIBEL AND SLANDER CLAUSE

No person, subject or entity shall commit any defamatory matter through written, published, or spoken defamation against Iris and Oak LLC; Iris and Oak LLC staff members, employees, volunteers, clients, customers and/or our affiliates.
